About Us...
Rev. K. G. William Dahl founded Bethphage in Axtell, Nebraska in 1913. Bethphage now serves over 3,500 individuals with developmental disabilities in 250 communities in 14 states. Bethphage is a nondenominational, non-profit program, in affiliation with the Evangelical Lutheran Church of America. Mosaic was formed July 1, 2003, by the consolidation of two Nebraska-born Lutheran ministries dedicated to the needs of people with disabilities. Respite services and family support services are provided for individuals and their families. Day services include such programs as vocational , supported employment, school transition, retirement, special needs, in-home supports and transportation services. Bethphage strives to bring quality services and potenial to life for each individual we serve. Our Mission: "In partnership with people who have disabilities, Mosaic provides supports and advocates that all may realize God's gift of wholeness of life." Mosaic is a faith-based organization serving people with developmental disabilities. We believe that every individual is a person of worth. Together Mosaic staff members, volunteers and the people we support work as partners.
