I hereby apply for partnership in the Grand Island Area Chamber of Commerce. I agree to pay an annual investment in the sum of:

Two part-time employees equal one full-time employee. Quarterly and semi-annual payments are charged a five-dollar fee per cycle.

Your partnership in the Grand Island Area Chamber of Commerce is deductible as a business expense, not as a charitable contribution. Partnership will be on a continuous basis until a written resignation is filed.
