Cindy Johnson President cjohnson@gichamber.com	As president of the Grand Island Chamber, Cindy oversees all aspects of the Chamber operation and initiatives including workforce training programs such as the welders' training program, drafting/detailing training program and other similar activities. She also oversees the management of the Business Improvement Districts. In her capacity, Cindy involves herself in all aspects of Chamber divisions and committees, and works closely with Chamber business and community partners.
Lisa Willman Operations and Marketing Director lwillman@gichamber.com	As operations and marketing director, Lisa will assist the President in planning, organizing and directing the operations of the Chamber to enable the Chamber to carry out its basic mission of supporting economic growth and vitality for the business community. The Operations and Marketing Director will interact closely and effectively with business representatives, agencies, elected officials, volunteers, community leaders and media to insure the Chamber of Commerce is responsive to business needs and retains credibility and support.    Lisa will be directing and coordinating initiatives associated with marketing and public relations to meet the objectives of the Chamber of Commerce, activities of the Business Improvement District and for special projects including tasks associated with the relocation of the Nebraska State Fair to Grand Island.
Christa Bootsma Workforce Coordinator cbootsma@gichamber.com	Christa's primary focus is to address the Chamber's workforce initiatives, including Young Professionals Organization, Academic Scholarship and Banquet, Information Technology, Minority Outreach and Education.  Christa coordinates the Heartland Tech Expo and the Dream It! Do It! informational campaign encouraging young adults to consider employment in the manufacturing fields.  Christa also works with the Chamber's Ag Committee and coordinates their activities and events.
Micki Ward Events/Communications Coordinator mward@gichamber.com	As communications/events coordinator, Micki is responsible for events including Harvest of Harmony Parade, Harvest of Harmony Pageant and the Harvest of Harmony Field Competition, Annual Meeting and the Chamber's Golf Outing. Micki is also responsible for the Chamber’s Direction for Business newsletter, and web site at www.gichamber.com.
Sarah Arnold Partnership Services Coordinator sarnold@gichamber.com	As Partnership Services Coordinator, Sarah works directly with Chamber partners through business outreach relations.  Sarah coordinates the activities of Chamber Connection, the volunteers who serve as a resource to both Chamber partners and the Chamber board and staff by their interactions with businesses.  Sarah coordinates business after hours events, partner marketing opportunities such as broadcast emails and Promo Pack and assists with planning annual Chamber events.
Janell Folkerts Business Partner Representative jfolkerts@gichamber.com	As business partner representative, Janell works directly with the Chamber's partners, addressing recruitment and retention. Janell helps coordinate the activities of the Chamber Connectors.
