Job description
As a Fleet Manager for one of North America's Best Fleets to Drive For, you will oversee a fleet of 35-45 over-the-road professional truck drivers. Our Fleet Managers maintain communication with all departments within Grand Island Express regarding the drivers in their fleet. The successful Fleet Manager will work collaboratively with drivers in order to maximize driver productivity.
Prior leadership experience required along with a demonstration of basic business math skills, interpersonal skills and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in Transportation is not required. High School diploma is required, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred. For the right, motivated individual, we would consider tuition assistance for continuing education.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
