    • Respond to e-mail and phone inquiries in a timely manner
    • Ensure accurate and prompt turnaround of all reports
    • Communicate with candidates and clients to follow up on background screens
    • Display excellent phone skills when completing employment verifications
    • Scheduling appointments
    • Meet daily, weekly, and monthly goals
