Are you a master craftsman or on the path to becoming one? Hackel Construction is looking for you to join our team! This position requires knowledge, application, and execution of interior and exterior finishing skills. Pay is competitive based on mastery, and there is an opportunity to advance within the company. This position requires 40-50 hours a week, Monday-Friday from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., and will concentrate on four key areas:
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following qualities:
- The ability to frame and install roofing, siding, soffit, and fascia
- The ability to install interior finishes, cabinets, and trim
- The ability to maintain a safe, organized job site
- The ability to positively communicate with customers and the construction team
