    Custom Rental has been serving customers for 18 years.   We supply a large inventory of items that help individuals and groups put together a variety of parties and events. We provide the inventory, sets up and tears down so we work hard & often on weekends.  We continually look for ways to better serve customers & reach new audiences.
     
    This role has a lot of managing, selling, coordinating, organizing and overseeing details during busy days with ongoing events.  We offer a system to support you and our new facility is a great place to work from.  We’re a small dedicated staff and you’ll find lots of opportunity for hard work, hands on self-directed effort as well as assistance when you need it.

    Examples of your work:
    • Sell, service and support both existing & new customers
    • Help customers create/plan positive, memorable events
    • You may be helping your team load/unload or set up/tear down for an event to ensure we deliver excellence to customers
    • As needed, you will hire, train and sustain positive working relationships with your group
    • You will select and work with vendors
    • Manage/monitor inventory and related records including delivery/pickup
    • Spend time reviewing and planning for your business
     
    Position Expectations/Requirements:

    • Decorating/event planning know how/talent is valued
    • Experience with confidence to lead a small crew required
    • Proven ability to handle responsibility for business outcomes
    • Experience that shows you can orchestrate smooth operations
    • Sufficient computer skills (MS Word/EXCEL PowerPoint; as well as social media resources for promotional events
    • A valid driver's license with a clean record.
    • Field sales experience a plus; confidence able to make direct sales calls essential
