    About the Job:


    Waters Family Dentistry is an established, state-of-the-art, private dental practice, and is currently seeking a full-time Administrative Team Leader to join our dynamic team.


    Our team is busy and system-oriented. The practice is very team-driven with an emphasis on collaboration versus working solo. We offer a friendly, caring work atmosphere, achievable bonuses, a five-day work week and competitive pay and benefits.


    As our perfect match you:


    • Are responsible for independent management, supervision, training, and performance evaluations for subordinate staff

    • Manage and oversee record keeping, mail distribution, patient reception, scheduling, billing, and other office support services

    • Oversee maintenance and custodial operations

    • Provide direct support to the Doctors to accomplish objectives and meet deadlines

    • Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development

    • Prioritize patient rapport and outstanding customer service

    • Show a strong respect for all of your co-workers, regardless of position


    Your history likely shows:


    • 3+ years of Healthcare Office Administrative experience

    • College Education/Bachelor's Degree preferred

    • Background in clinical office setting/administrative office setting

    • Strong organizational and administrative skills – you see what needs to be done and do it

    • Ability to multi-task, take initiative and anticipate needs of others

    • Ability to project a positive, warm and professional image in person and on the phone

    • Knowledge of billing codes and understanding of Insurance Plans a plus

    • Having Bilingual Language skills a plus
