    The Manager of Technical Support role will primarily involve ensuring the team quickly and efficiently responds to inbound technical support issues via telephone, email, and other communication mediums. All matters are documented and resolved ASAP. Drive the development of your team and identify Key Performance Indicators to ensure continuous improvement. Collaborating with other leaders in the organization to develop technical processes and procedures to deliver world-class support experiences for our customers and ensure operational plans align with business objectives.



    • Build a high-performance team; hires and retains the right talent in the right roles; sets goals, delegates work, holds reports accountable; develops and empowers direct reports to make decisions and take action.

    • Monitor team performance on an ongoing basis and assist supervisors with individual employee development.

    • Promote innovation, empower employees, and assure the well-being of those around while developing leadership qualities in others.

    • Develop and track key operating metrics

    • Responsible for conducting formal reviews with employees under this position’s supervision, as required in the Company’s policy on performance evaluation.

    • Provides technical guidance and assistance as required for problem resolution.

    Colorado Residents: typical pay range for this role will be from $70,000 - $90,000 depending on experience.





    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in telecom, engineering, or related field



    • 3+ years of operational/technical knowledge in a telecom environment

    • 2+ years of management-level experience of technical individuals



    • Excellent Customer Service Skills

    • Solid analytical skills and ability to convey that information concisely and clearly

    • Strong interpersonal, teamwork, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills

    • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization capabilities

    • Excellent oral and written communications skills internally and customer-facing

    • Ability to make decisions and solve problems while working under pressure

    • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time

    • Ability to positively influence and collaborate with stakeholders in other organizations to accomplish objectives while maintaining relationships

    • Ability to challenge the status quo with a focus on continuous improvement

    •  Experienced in Microsoft Office

    • Knowledge of cable, voice, and data communications networks and associated elements

    • Knowledge of LAN/WAN design and operations

    • Knowledge of TCP/IP and SNMP

    • Knowledge of Fiber Networks

    • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office
