    Job Description
    Responsible for operating punch press, drill press, Eagle bender, swedger, and saw.

    Essential Functions Statement(s)
    • Operate punch press, drill press, Eagle bender, swedger, and saw.
    • Set up and maintain machines to assist in manufacturing processes.
    • Clean up area daily to ensure a safe environment.
    • Work individually or in teams to complete work.
    • Read and interpret blue prints and tape measure.
    • Lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
    • Drive forklift.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED required; 1 year of manufacturing experience preferred.

    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; use both hands to finger, handle, or feel; and reach with both hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to walk and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
    Other Physical Requirements: Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required in a manufacturing environment (i.e. safety glasses, safety shoes, hearing protection).
    While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The employee is frequently exposed to fumes and/or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions and toxic or caustic chemicals. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to noisy.
