    Job Description
    We are seeking a Laser Machine Operator who has a strong work ethic, positive attitude is safety driven,  quality minded & has good communication skills.

    Summary:
    Operate computer-controlled tools, machines, or robots to machine or process parts, tools, or other work pieces made of metal. May also set up and maintain equipment.
     
    Description:
    • Measure dimensions of finished workpieces to ensure conformance to specifications, using precision measuring instruments, templates, and fixtures.
    • Mount, install, align, and secure tools, attachments, fixtures, and workpieces on machines, using hand tools and precision measuring instruments.
    • Stop machines to remove finished workpieces or to change tooling, setup, or workpiece placement, according to required machining sequences.
    • Transfer commands from servers to computer numerical control (CNC) modules, using computer network links.
    Requirements:
    • Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.
    • Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics, and their applications.
    • Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models.
    • Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
    Weekend Shift ~ Friday-Sunday 6A-6:30P ~ 3-day work week ~ $.075/hr. shift differential
    work 36 hours/paid for 40 hours
