    Job Description

    Position: Marketing Coordinator

    Hours: Mon-Thurs 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, Fri 9 am - 12 pm

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Generate leads and drive sales
    • Learn, retain and deliver product/industry information
    • Handle incoming calls and other communications and offer sales support
    • Discuss services we offer to promote new sales
    • Stay in contact with existing agents
    • Communicate effectively and professionally in person, over the phone, and in writing with agents, carriers, supervisors, and direct reports
    • Process business applications
    • Accurately input information into tracking systems within required time frames
    • Navigate various websites and computer systems, adding necessary information/documentation within required time frames

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Experience in sales or in a related field preferred
    • Self-Motivated

    • Ability to mutli-task in a fast paced environment
    • Warm personality with strong communication skills
    • Ability to work well as a team and individually

    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
