Looking for friendly and hardworking employees to join our team. Work directly with our customers (brides) to help them try on dresses and find the one that they love, measuring men for tuxedos, and helping mothers and teens find gowns they love. Responsibilities also include answering the phone, operating the register, assisting with everyday tasks, checking in new inventory, making appointments, and dressing mannequins.
Must have a positive attitude, be able to stand for long periods of time, be reliable, professional, outgoing, and friendly. Must also be able to work under stress and multitask. Helping a bride find a dress is fun, but it is also hard work. Bridal gowns are heavy and keeping a room full of different personalities happy can be challenging at sometimes. Sales experience preferred. Enthusiastic and positive personality. Ability to actively listen to customers. Great verbal skills. Ability to work independently and as a team.
Salary depends on experience and skills.
