    Job Description
    We are searching for a top-notch and energetic sale professional that can help lead our company to new heights via business development. In this role you will: 
    • Take charge of and apply a hands-on approach with all sales initiatives.  The successful candidate will direct, coordinate, administer, and improve all aspects of this growing organization’s Sales strategy;  
    • Source leads, coordinate and conduct sales presentations, perform all timely follow-up; 
    • Prepare proposals and service agreements; negotiate rates and fees with potential new clients; 
    • Manage Accounts and Customer Relationships
    • Produce regular sales status and pipeline reports 
    • Prospect for new clients
    • Other duties as assigned
      
     Ideal Candidate Has:   
    Candidate MUST have 1 to 3+ years of proven hands-on experience in the debt collection industry and be able to travel up to 90% of the time. The candidate should have experience in sales to the C-suite level of medical clients.

    Applicants should possess good computer skills, excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), and be able to provide a high level of customer service and professionalism. Must have experience in prospecting clients via phone or in person.

    Superior interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels are an absolute must. 

    Candidate must have strong leadership, organizational, and strategic skills, as well as a dynamic and engaging personality.
