    ALLO is currently accelerating our growth into new regions within the US. As such, the need for talented business leaders is paramount to achieving growth and service goals. The following job description provides summary expectations for the role of Regional General Manager.

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Oversee daily business operations for the region.

    • Profit and loss direction by city and region.

    • Hire/support hiring of regional leaders.

    • Represent ALLO in the region - Chamber of commerce, community events, governmental, etc.

    • Institute ALLO’s Core Values wherever ALLO operates: Local, Honest, Hassle-Free, and Exceptional.

    • Assist in development of region-specific market analysis and plan execution.

    • Identify and implement growth strategies with specific emphasis on commercial customers.

    • Identify and assist in implementation of improved processes in support of customer and employee satisfaction.

    • Co-develop and implement region-specific marketing strategies.

    • Evaluate regional performance and develop opportunities to achieve business goals.

    • Evaluate and communicate personnel performance.

    • Present regional business performance to management as appropriate.

     

     

    ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

    • Degree in business, technology, or other discipline with work experience commensurate to the above responsibilities.

    • Good knowledge of various business functions to include Sales & Marketing, Operations, and Accounting/Finance.

    • Demonstrated senior leadership experience.

    • Inquisitive thinker and creative problem-solver.

    • Excellent communication skills including comfort delivering internal and external presentations.

    • Exceptional work ethic.

    • Well-organized, proactive, and strong attention to detail.

    • Strong interpersonal skills.

    • Computer literate with strength in Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
