2025 DOWNTOWN DEVELOPMENT TOUR

Come check out what’s been developing in Railside!! Please join us for a Downtown Development Tour that will feature renovated spaces including businesses and apartments in Railside!
Tour Hours are from 4 pm to 7 pm so you can start touring the locations at whatever time works best for you. Just stop by the CVB office located on the southwest corner of 3rd and Locust Street to pick up your tour booklet that contains a map, a list of participating businesses, history of the buildings and details about the renovations of each location.
All buildings are within a two block area. This tour is self-guided so you can go at your own pace and pick any or all locations you want to visit. The following spaces will be on the tour:

124 W 3rd St: Daily Dose & a living space
307 W 3rd St: Rech Physio & a living space
224 N Locust St: The Archives & a living space
