The Grand Island Chamber, in conjunction with Central Community College, is pleased to offer a learning seminar on Leadership vs Management and the differences between each. Should we put leadership and management against each other? Each in a corner of the ring where their distinct differences battle to see which is best? In today’s economy we can no longer afford to be one or the other. Knowing how and when to utilize both can be instrumental to your success.
In this session we will:
- Define and understand the differences and similarities between leadership and management
- Provide tools for evaluating your strengths and potential gaps in leadership and management
