Scoops at the Nebraska State Fair

The Heartland United Way and volunteers serve up tasty treats at the Nebraska State Fair, in an effort to raise money for the various organizations they serve in our four-county area.

Scoops is open from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. outside the Cattle Barn.
